There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Now awareness about cancer is gradually increasing among people, that is why cancer is being identified on the basis of its early symptoms.

Our country has a huge population and the facilities for cancer treatment are very less in comparison. Tata Memorial Hospital is an example of Tata Group's dedication towards the country. Lack of job security is not liked.

. hospital is gud .I am working as pharmacist in last five years in Homi bhabha cancer hospital Visakhapatnam...my department pharmacy.. hospital staff like ot or nursing staff are relationship with pharmacists....tha main problem only is regular pharmacist chaitanya... kumar.two pharmacist only in HBCHRC vizag.... another one is lady....sravani madam she very polite...gud communication with remaining all pharmacist.... chaitanya is the worest candidate...he can't work just.... showing only....there is no pharmacy incharge...so director sir given drugs purchase to chaitanya and surgical purchase to sravani garu... chaitanya can't work..only other one contract pharmacist are there his relative he can work....po... enquiry and questions...each and every one.....he just come and create issues... complaint against pharmacists...... create bad mark...at high authority like Director sir.... that'way we re not permanent...just contract....if any one... regular... that person equal to chaitanya....so he is big fraud....plz observe this person..he is very dengerous to not only me and my staff....but also HBCHRC...He is waste...no working skills....he is already suspended...so fraud...so observe this... person... transfer to any other TMC hospital his original working skills..... everyone knows.already complaint against...him...one lady and me...but he can't change. He is try to... termination two or 3 pharmacists....at this june....end... already 6pharmcists...are same terminated... only becouse chaitanya...the worest character.please save my jobs and give me security...we re...very middle class families...but now fight for self...for my job... TQ for feedback.
