Its all about the owner and Management that they take good care of the employees and pay timely salary. Home's r us has grown during the last 10 years from its 5 showrooms to 16 in the UAE + 4 more in other gulf countries. I love the product spread and it has taken the attention most of all UAE locals and expats in the country. Management is open to it's employees which made me to work in the company more like my home. I love the job because it's allowed me to interact with different nationality customers.

Dislikes

Recent changes of the Management, even though they are mostly grown within the company but they don't plan or take desicion of Retail business as per current market conditions.

Actually Nothing, the work culture, the management , nothing is good in this company.

Dislikes

They will take months and a whole year infact to give you a reward or promotion letter. But won’t even take an hour to give a warning letter to demotivate you. Well I didn’t receive the Warning letter but my colleagues have got who were actually working well, but due to discrimination and partiality he/she has to face this and I was the victim too of this nationality discrimination so I left it.
