I only like the salary credit date. They will credit your salary last working day of the month

Too much politics. They won't even support newbies. All the managers like installation managers designe managers even delivery manager don't even treat you like their own. I worked for 1 year. I worked hard. I was travelling arround 90+ km every day but they fired me when I was about to complete 1 year. Because they have to give increment. Actually that day is today. I joined on Feb 2024. Today fired me without any reason. Actually I'm giving this review with their official Gmail I'd. Fu*k this company. Please don't join this company. They will treat you like slave.

Pathetic work life balance, festival month becomes disaster as you have to work constantly for the whole month with only 2-3 week offs. Also, irrelevant pressure is constantly made on employees. If you have no personal life then you can think about working here. All you are expected to work like a donkey day and night to meet your targets, there is nothing to new to learn that will bring boost to your career. Rather than wasting your time, look for some better job that will support your financial and career growth for long term.

... culture very bad. Always forced by your manager to do work on your leave day's. Your manger will raised debite against you without your confirmation then your salary will deducted. After all out 5/5 performance they will realise that you are nothing , you didn't nothing . And i internal politics is very bad. They will never promote you after your good performance.very bad for designer ,sales, operations team . No leaves allowed even in festival or emergency .if you sales was not done properly then your leave will be cancelled and pressurise you for paper down.

Too much politics. And a very toxic place for people. Too many gaps in process. They make sure you're life becomes hell if you ever plan to leave. In my opinion, if there is an opportunity outside here, you can always think about it.

...ously and this manager showed toxicity to him and pushed him out of the company. You guys will be thinking of salary, work from home and all these things, I would like to tell you something first... wait for atleast 3 weeks from the offer which you get from here. Pls don't take bad decisions like me,I am realizing it now and it was hurting my mental health and my family mental health also I am extending my work hours to deliver reports DoD and even in weekends. 🙃, any which ways greedy and unstable men/women will make bad decisions, i was working in better company and in better position, because of daily traveling of 14+14kms made me take this bad decision. I burnt my fingers unknowingly, So it's upto you check. Cheers and all the very best.
