There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

it was a good experience i got.i get 10 days training in bangalore.i saw my head office its owesome and my trainer and his training was marvellous simply understandable.my job is also good .iam working homecredit as a collection executivr
