I have worked in home credit more then 5 years,got a very good work place,very good all the people,had the corona crisis not happened may be still here all the time, over all it is a good time in home credit.

Salary was not good I have worked more then 5 years but no any increment there

All over company was excellent but during the last period. I.e., 31st January 22 the decision of the company was not fair regarding the performer.

Basic salary was not optimum & promotion was not relevant with time

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. They do not give salary hike and bonus every year.
