There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is nothing good at homecredit. All about homecredit is giving salary, that'it...!!

Home credit is just like hactic lifestyle, work life balance. Customer abuses to this company. You'll feel ashamed and fear from customer when u work with this company. Just taking lots of money by fraud way from customers. Doing fake promises from customer.

Training was good and teammates were more supportive. There is no job security here you can be fired for any reason.

Dislikes

You have to work 12-13 hours that too for a small pay. There is no social life left for the one working here.
