There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company ASM forced me for change your POS and make relationship with POS owner, mere NO bolne pr usne mujhe company se terminate krwa kr meri id deactivate krwa kr resign likhwa liya. Choice is yours abhi employees change ho gye hai.

...n home credit company. But must need to required some changes in this company. Like salary growth,Promotion criteria, Company should need to think about these consequences instead of blames to employees work. Overall very nice company and its a great platform to earn incentives. I have learnt about many things from this company which is more important when i work another company. Thats it

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love that fact that I am a part of a team. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is decent, and growth is fast. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work late night also. And our managers is giveing good values to employees and appreciations. I love to work here.
