I worked there for 3years overall company is good but there is no option for salary and designation growth, HR policies are very good, Incentive sceams and bonuses is good but for last one year it's fully changed, now it's very difficult to understand the incentive sceams. Overall good

Company ASM forced me for change your POS and make relationship with POS owner, mere NO bolne pr usne mujhe company se terminate krwa kr meri id deactivate krwa kr resign likhwa liya. Choice is yours abhi employees change ho gye hai.

The culture they way company Support on time salary.. I thought job are safe but unfortunately jan22 company get decision to out every field excutive.. 😔

We thought our job are totally saved and square but unfortunately Jan 2022 company get one decisions and without any notice company terminate all the field excutive.

I have worked in home credit more then 5 years,got a very good work place,very good all the people,had the corona crisis not happened may be still here all the time, over all it is a good time in home credit.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love that fact that I am a part of a team. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is decent, and growth is fast. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work late night also. And our managers is giveing good values to employees and appreciations. I love to work here.
