... when there is any update in policy, they provide training about it very well. Best part is they pay salary on 1st or before 1st of every month, including incentive. Work place, floor, washrooms are well maintained and clean. TL and management people always there to help you about any issue

There is no fix week off in any department, even if you complete your target they don't allow any weekly off. I used to get hardly 1-2 weekly off in every month. And they don't allow logout in 9hrs, we used to work 10+ hours shift every day. They put a lot of pressure of work every day, sometimes they don't allow breaks for that, if you can't Handel pressure, then u can't survive in this company If you make any single small mistake in work process then they do termination.

I have worked in home credit more then 5 years,got a very good work place,very good all the people,had the corona crisis not happened may be still here all the time, over all it is a good time in home credit.

Salary was not good I have worked more then 5 years but no any increment there

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love that fact that I am a part of a team. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is decent, and growth is fast. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work late night also. And our managers is giveing good values to employees and appreciations. I love to work here.

All over company was excellent but during the last period. I.e., 31st January 22 the decision of the company was not fair regarding the performer.
