I have worked in home credit more then 5 years,got a very good work place,very good all the people,had the corona crisis not happened may be still here all the time, over all it is a good time in home credit.

Salary was not good I have worked more then 5 years but no any increment there

...onment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year

All over company was excellent but during the last period. I.e., 31st January 22 the decision of the company was not fair regarding the performer.

Basic salary was not optimum & promotion was not relevant with time

Good work environment and culture. The management is transparent. Good salary hike and bonus every year. Corona start for 2020 March 1 working for home company given salary. Company se join agen job I well do 100%

...is friendly. If the company called me back to work there, I would definitely go. Salary is earned on time. Every after six months there is a lot of opportunity to get a new position. There is a lot I can learn at homecredit company.

Dislikes

There is nothing in a homecredit company that doesn't like it. Problem is that working time is 9 to 10 hours so work time is change to 8 hours is good.
