Not at all supporting in COVID19 situation specially in lockdown. They are giving pressure to fullfill given targets and KPI's.

Dislikes

Company is Really Good in terms of pay. Management is very terrible, unsupportive. They keep giving pressure to achieve desired targets. Their is no transparency of targets and performance. Home Credit is very bad in terms of giving promotion and career growth as well as Increment. They not treat employees as their family members. They treat us as corporate workers. They ll not let us to take our weak off and holidays..

Good salary incentive and company policies.

Company ASM forced me for change your POS and make relationship with POS owner, mere NO bolne pr usne mujhe company se terminate krwa kr meri id deactivate krwa kr resign likhwa liya. Choice is yours abhi employees change ho gye hai.

Work life balance and incentives was good.

Dislikes

No promotions in every year or 1.8 years. No appraisal given in 5.11 years and management hired new person in the system with high package and if the promotions took from seniors then package was only 20% to 25% hike.

Many goods things was learning from home credit.

Dislikes

The broker Salary agent not given salary on time. Very low salary (like a rickshaw man) 10,000rs salary ... 12 hours job time. Senior was not responding.. Spoonings was very much.

Behavior with client was good. People's life safety was good. Floor cleaning was good.

Dislikes

...me of management people maked that so dirty. Basically south branch of India. #Salary #incentive structure #Resignation process etc.
