Seniors won't help you grow; they act as competitors and pretend that the project cannot be completed without them, stealing credit from juniors. Meanwhile, the boss doesn't communicate with juniors, has his own perceptions, and judges in his own way.

ON 06.06.2013, I ASKED MY FEMALE COLLEAGUE IF SHE WAS INTERESTED IN VISITING SAI KA AANGAN TEMPLE LOCATED NEAR OFFICE, WITH ME. SHE WAS VERY MUCH INTERESTED BUT UNABLE TO VISIT BECAUSE OF HER ONGOING MENSTRUAL PERIODS THAT DAY. THIS CONVERSATION WAS NOTICED BY SOME MISCREANTS WHO SPREAD RUMOURS ABOUT MY AFFAIR WITH THAT LADY AND TROUBLED ME A LOT. I EVEN LOST MY JOB BECAUSE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR WAS EAR-POISONED. ALAS! GHOR KALYUG! HE RAM!

Dear Sir, I want to get new work after June in the company and there will be a good chance to move forward.

I have not given any such thought to everyone, I have time, who am going to work in the company, I will not be able to do anything.

The colleagues and healthy working environment

Dislikes

Paid very less, no processes. Poor project management methods, no HR department. No softwares used, not even for engineering apart from progecad. Limited license for Autocad.

Until a decade back, It was a wonderful organisation to work and grow doing pmc projects for cement and whrs power projects.

Dislikes

Now since many of renowned leaders have retired or left this organisation, that fame and name has been left unturned. Reputation of organisation has also lost in market.
