ON 06.06.2013, I ASKED MY FEMALE COLLEAGUE IF SHE WAS INTERESTED IN VISITING SAI KA AANGAN TEMPLE LOCATED NEAR OFFICE, WITH ME. SHE WAS VERY MUCH INTERESTED BUT UNABLE TO VISIT BECAUSE OF HER ONGOING MENSTRUAL PERIODS THAT DAY. THIS CONVERSATION WAS NOTICED BY SOME MISCREANTS WHO SPREAD RUMOURS ABOUT MY AFFAIR WITH THAT LADY AND TROUBLED ME A LOT. I EVEN LOST MY JOB BECAUSE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR WAS EAR-POISONED. ALAS! GHOR KALYUG! HE RAM!

I have not given any such thought to everyone, I have time, who am going to work in the company, I will not be able to do anything.

Company policy is not same for all it depends how much you go down. Work culture is depend upon under whome you are working, some are very good and supporting seniors and someone is like that you never want to see his face. JOB Security is also depends as described above.

Some HOD is very rude type as they thik they giving the sallery by own pocket, you can't grow your skill because one you enter you may overloaded by work.

Paid very less, no processes. Poor project management methods, no HR department. No softwares used, not even for engineering apart from progecad. Limited license for Autocad.

Until a decade back, It was a wonderful organisation to work and grow doing pmc projects for cement and whrs power projects.

Now since many of renowned leaders have retired or left this organisation, that fame and name has been left unturned. Reputation of organisation has also lost in market.
