About my next assignment. While working i got my next assignment. But when i came on vacation my next joining date got vanish. Because they have started work smart on the ship. Because of that i am on stand. Now its been more than 3 months i am at home. I need to support my family from financial also. I work for Holland America last 12 years they care about the crew very well job security as long as if you don't do any mistake they don't bother you working culture one of the best of the best in the world management is really amazing multi nationality working together very friendly company policy is really very helpful for team member and guest overall it's really amazing to work in Holland America
