Got opportunity to work with Holisto (Splitty/Traveluro) at the time of pendamic due to Corona. Got supportive colleague and helpful seniors. Got good package for the position I was holding in this company and regular increment as well as per the policy.

Dislikes

Not really any dislike but the only thing I want to highlight is job security and if management can think about it.

Likes

The only think likeable is the support you get from supervisors.

Dislikes

Literally zero job security. The management and the client will not leave any opportunity to remind you to that there are several others to fill our position. No growth opportunities at all. At the time of hiring, the HR will give tall claims and go on to say that they are going to hire 1000 plus team members but the reality is they don't need more than 100 at a given time. So hiring and firing is a common practice. Even the most dedicated and performing employees will be let go over minor things. Lastly, you work with them as a freelancer, so the next company that hires you is skeptical about whether you did legit work or not.

It was a pleasure working with holisto, limited work pressure, team work, team leaders everyone was really helpful with for their team! But because of some fellow employers they fired all indians together!

Dislikes

They fired all of us together! It was unfair with us!
