Higher management doesn't know how to behave with employees salary time near mid of the month You will feel like you are working with a shop owner, not a business.

Salary on 20 till my 3 Month stay in Company.

1) They have no Experience in Core Construction Industry ,Not A single Machineries they have ...They are just like Manpower supplier. 2) They have no Experience Employee as per Construction at Site(Structure,Formation & Safety,etc) 3) They are not doing the contract work by their own Employess because they have not any employee according to contract. They hire Staff for their Sub-Contractor NP Infra(Pusad & Betul) & Seismic(Nagpur metro). 4) Their Subcontractor misbehave with Staff & abusive language & they did Untechnical activities at Site with Fraud Staff currently they worked in BG Project,RVNL ,pusad & Betul... 5)Hoilistic play with the Career of Employees which they are hiring for their Sub Contractor NP Infra & Seismic 6) Both Director Mr. Jatin & Aditya Chaudhary Have no Technical Qualification of Consruction Industry & they have only work experience of fraud & 2 No. work for both with their Client & Employees. 7) Ritu HR didn't any response of Call for Employee & They didn't follow Basic HR Values of the Company Act. 8) Mr. Aditya Chaudhary who will be Site incharge Doesn't know how to behave & talked with employees. when you talked with this person feel like TheNTH Gawar...Totally Shameless person.
