The salary structure is very bad, there is no Overtime payment for deo & Supervisor level man power. There is no yearly increment in salary. & Though this company doesn't payment overtime , one have to work in overtime.

Management team of holisol company is poor management because too late for getting money/salary. All people are working anywhere for salary so holisol management team cannot understand their situation. Burst management

They give the feedback where should I work to improve my self. They give the random task related work to improve my knowledge about the process.
