The learning and development opportunites that the company can offer is tremendous. Holidayme is a brand that is owned by Traveazy group. They also owns Umrahme, which is a market leader in Muslim travel segment. A very close knit team of 100+ people working across 4 locations in the world. Very open culture, management values employee feedback. Have seen the culture and transparency, policies and practices evolve over the last couple of years. Over 60% of staff have a tenure of 3+ years, in spite of the company being relatively young (under 8 years old).

Dislikes

Nothing as such. the experience has been great overall. I think the company should look into updating the compensation benchmarks for India.

My experience wih Holidayme was very Good, the atmosphere of Company environment is excellent, you will enjoy working in this company because the management and co-workers are helpfull and supportive, I have learn lots of things from this company

I have been working in this company since almost 2 years. i noticed from management and the staff members team that they are ready to help us in self-development and profession as well. I gained many experiences. The company is expending, and, in this stage there are good Job opportunities for those with skills and experience in travel and Tourism market.

Job is risky, but can't blame the company. They let go of people but cleared their settlement on time. Nothing special to like.

Dislikes

There are many people who are there from day zero. They are not great performers. Such people bring down the motivation of everyone.
