I have worked for over forty years(40) performing all required chemical and physical testing of CEMENT & Raw materials.Recognized Company in the world, any person can work , very good administration and Safety procedures to protect employees .Therefore I recommend anyone who expect a job.Thank you for giving me this opportunity.

There is lack of growth, as well as the work ethics of tower heads and managers is poor. Everything is burdened over to working staff. There is no transparency over the performance appraisals and increments.

Team is good and supportive. Company policy for employees is caring and best.

Dislikes

Compensation is very less as compared to industry and also growth is low. HR policy are very unstable and change overnight including increasing notice period, non payment of perks which was agreed at the time of job offer.
