At Hoi, there is no hierarchy. The management enlists each individual with certain KRAs that they are responsible for. It is a great opportunity for someone who likes to take the onus. There are no timelines. Just KPIs to measure personal and professional growth.

You have to take responsibilty for your successes and failures. You need to work together with the team. Management pushes you to learn new skills for forceful promotion. Very chilled out work environment for some reason. Boss doesn't let you work late and compels you to go home timely.

No inventory management system due to this operation sucks..if the mistake was done by upper staff they will blame you for that mistake
