It is a part of big network WPP and has global clients which gives exposure to work in a global environment. Company provides free door to door transport facility, which from my perspective is one of the best benefits for the employees travelling from NCR.

Dislikes

Work volume is high because of its business model. During high work volume seasons we need to stretch our working hours. Sometimes it becomes overwhelming.

No Job security, hiring and firing, call center like staff and kids like treatment, worst Hr and management, If you share something good you will be targeted and fired. manager's loving full exposure hard working just do hard word no respect for old employees even they can be fired anytime.
