I don't like anything about company . Not for professionals who really want to do some good work .

...employee friendly at all . If anyone wants to waste their time please go ahead . And don't get attracted to lucrative package they offer. That is just to attract people from good brands and in few months they show their true colours . Back end people are literally dumb particularly HR.

Company has no vision & strategy. Every one give false information from top to bottom. Nothing is transparent. Product issue never sorted. No solution on the same. Manager are terrible & insecure. Don't know how to handle team & look for own benefit & wanted to show everything that he is doing everything.

As in Sales only liking is a week off on Saturdays and Sundays and a decent travel allowances offered

Dislikes

1. No proper management from top to bottom level 2. No Analysations made why lack of sales 3.Improper hierachy recruitment that affects a enthusiastic employees who really strives to push the product 4 Old and outdated technologies used and No new diversification 5.Improper product basket offered which is ages old and outdated 6.Dirty politics and favoritism shown for menial and fringe benefits 7. Unwanted expenses on trade shows and exhibitions but least bothered on employee welfare 8. HR is like a doll and knows to hold salaries without even asking the involved persons and makes unethical ways to defend the company. 9. Hires people from non related fields who doesn't even know automation products and spoils company culture built by few enthusiastic employees 10. Senior management is keen to get the money from dealers and distributors and forgets and short supplies products everytime which irritates dealers 11. Overall it's a hire and fire company who doesn't says and act to the fringy so called senior management managers

Good work environment, supports new hustlers to learn cutting edge technologies and grow. Transparent and prompting unity and shared goals. Overall it is an outstanding company that provides professional and personal success.
