The company is good to adapt the knowledge of execution in mechanical but they don't be the perfect one at the process of salary, it will be not good to survive in all over India .They should be mind that and increase the salary for these peoples who doing the job as a site engineer.

Less job security and not able to do a life balance job.And low salary is very big issue on this company.

Basically in India salaries are not paid in time but the company has a good reputation in salary payments. You can enjoy working in it.

In my current site be a great thank full to my head of company because this area learning things lot of available here and work environment its a very good conditions and last thing co workers also good

Its culture is more enthusiastic, Teammates are more supportive, management transparent. Company policy is good and also safety culture is more elicit so that it helps to gain the better mind set for the betterment of Hofincons.

Management transparent but need more frequent at the assignment. Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow.

Job security depending on contract so rate Average, job culture good due to full responsibility with freedom also backup , company policy good but after lockdown some problems occurred as informed to low payment and not allowed for job joining and till jobless

Dislike as low job security while contract end with company or any problems, employee to be shifted or to be transferred to other company by Hofincons company but after lockdown same problem I faced
