9 hours shift but they are not providing cab but other companies are providing cab and good salary

Management is very poor and I work here more than 1 year but they are not give any promotion or increment and it's not only with me every staff faced this same problem and right now I want to resing but they are not accepted it

The stuffs are very good over here.. Specially Murali Chef and Fabian Chef ..They are very good mentor ..And they help us to learn and improve our skills..

The only thing I dislike is the salary is less ..And who are in the same position they don't get equal salary ...And eventually we don't get drop off also ..It gets very difficult to come at night ..Thank you

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
