Salary not provided, experience not provided unsecured job. This is worst company ever in my career, worst management, logic less marketing strategy, negative feedback from market, don't provide salary on time, changing company policy randomly. Zonal Manager hold my all insensitive and also try to push maximum order number. I completed 2.5x time more order target but they not provide any comission. If you complete all targets then also not given any order insensitive comission money. Ultimately you got zero percent of comission. I resigned company after 45 days trying to connect HR to talk about my full and final settlement. She could not answer my call and not any reply on email. Then after 90 days I sent a legal notice from lawer side to clear my wages. Then she call me and provide small amount of past month salary not given any insensitive. Company not serving in the market because company not interested in advertising, sales team, distributer, dealer and c&f agent expenses provide. If anyone joined he'll get messy. Requesting to don't apply on this worst company. Slangs is comes on my mind while I giving feedback but I can't write.
