There is no job security, they use the employee only for exhibition. They show you the dreams of your growth in future. In fact they don't manufacture the products. They are nothing but traders. They never have the stocks at their end and ask the engineer to get the required sales figures. I've experienced the worst working conditions while working with them for the short period of 3 months. They have forced me to resign by giving the assurance to join their sister concerned company called Wintech.

Dislikes

No value for work. National sales head don't know the products details. Ask to sell the products even when they don't have the stock of the same.
