Management very bad ,Non Pharma or sale assistant getting more salary than pharmacist . Annual Incriment very less, old staff getting very low salary than new fresher employees. Non availability of goods and less staff, management want more hour from staff expect duty hour and force to come office meeting on off day or expect duty hour. Given 12 to 14 night duty of 12 hr in one month and only one staff during duty hour . No attendant or house keeping staff more for more than 2 yr. There are lot of politics in the store, Management force to deliver of good to pharmacist where the designated delivery assistant work as pharmacy operational due to politics.

Team mate are supportive and management are tranparent. There is job security. Company policy are good.

...ost is assistant pharmacist.my qualification is b. Pharm from RGUHS Karnataka. Even my salary also very low. Salary and growth is low.

A very good platform to learn about lots of drug molecules and handle more than 800 patients a day. Confidence level is improved a lot and as we all know that practical is very different from what we have studied in our books. So I think as a fresher I have chosen the right place to do the job, because now I have gained a lot of practical knowledge about what I have read in my books, still a lot more to gain. The co-workers are amazing, very motivational and co-operative.

Dislikes

Salary is very low as per the hard-work. Because handling around 800 patients a day is very hard and sometimes we don't even get time to finish our lunch.

Interaction with variety of people regarding problems, disease , Overall field experience is good..But no future and better scope..

My tendency to work in negative and toxic environment

...signation process they even not forward my resignation mail to required persons. Furthermore, I was deeply troubled by deduction from my salary which was reportedly due to delays caused by management’s failure to act .how many time I called and message t&m they asked me to do the same process again and again and after sometime they , all of them stopped to answer my call. Mr. Bikram who claim himself incharge of CFA even not pick my call. I left the office on 21 march after serving my notice period. I was waiting till now but at the end I left with not any other options. I give my 100% during my working period here with honesty. I will suggest HLL as a loyal, honest, hardworking employee to think many times before handover your tender to anybody. Nobody wants to work there. employees are resigning one by one.
