I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

... of software developer but in this I had to packed the shoes for whitesoul.in. And I was the software developer in this organization but my salary is very low in this according to my skills and my position. So please no one join this company. Company policies change on daily bases. And after left the company company does not give two months salary. I am also suffering for tha same condition my two months salary is also due on HLK. So please if you don't want to work as a servent then no one should join this company..
