As a fresher for gaining experience. This company work ok.

Dislikes

Not giving any consideration for working persons in production. Department change may be in terms of politics. Not giving higher posts for more than two yr experienced operators from production department.

The major plus point about this company is that they encourage you to enhance your skills. The work life balance is very good here and along with work environment.

Every organization has something or the other to dislike but its up to us how we perceive it.

1. Good place to start career. Lots of exciting work goes on. 2. Work life balance 3. Job security 4. Free food and cab facility

Dislikes

1. Admin, HR, IT related processes are very slow and not transparent. Company should invest more on these teams to function like a proper software organization. 3. Some toxic people gets more rewards and recognition than the real hard working ones.

Performance bonus is good none of other companies have this policy where company gives double the bonus

Dislikes

Everything upper management is not good. There is no escalation matrix. The decision taken by upper management is worst. The CEO doesn't know what's happening in the office and centre head and HOD treats employees like slave and dictatorship. The worst of all is that the policy of company will be changed instantaneously as per centre head needed and te CEO will not know anything these improvements.
