Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). Exit policy was disturbing, earlier they use to demand 3 month's salary if a person needs to resign immediately or he/ she needs to work for three months and moreover there is no job security

The management is having "halwa kabab and biryani kollege( HKBK) and all the employees are like the protestors of French revolution.

I lost 24 years of my prime life in this Institution and today I am on roads they exploited me and left me to die now.
