People joining on a full time salary model are constantly threatened by the proprietor himself to move to the incentive model. 5. Morning meetings run for 2 hours unnecessarily and are run & managed by mid-level individuals who have zero idea about Franchisee expansion. 6. Highly experienced individuals are expected to work like sales executives and have zero respect and no scope of any new learning! 7. One can be hired from any location and asked to relocate anywhere mindlessly. 8. Zero work life balance, they call themselves as "Kisna Parvaar" but be rest assured that your family life would be totally destroyed once you join this company.
