Morning meetings run for 2 hours unnecessarily and are run & managed by mid-level individuals who have zero idea about Franchisee expansion. 6. Highly experienced individuals are expected to work like sales executives and have zero respect and no scope of any new learning! 7. One can be hired from any location and asked to relocate anywhere mindlessly. 8.
