New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. The only good thing about this company is they hardly terminate any employee.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The dislikes are so many. No professionalism, No work culture. They dont follow labour laws, if you want to join the company, you must forget about joining letters, appointment letters, Salary slips, Salary in your accounts. If you ever think of leaving you must forget about experience certificates. Appraisals are erratic.
