1. Work culture at it's worst. Disrespectful behaviour of senior associates towards their junior associates 2. Nothing was in writing and our senior associates used to change their words after telling something that means you are in a trap and you can't provide evidence. This is the worst practice ever seen where process knowledge is not in writing. 3. Highly uneducated staff 4. Lack of discipline
