There is nothing to dislike here. But people who are not punctual or disciplined about their work will not be happy to work here as they mostly get removed within probation period.

Nothing as such. They are very specific about working hours. I mean its good for discipline but difficult at times. It helps in maintaining a professional and personal life balance.
