The Company is open on 2013 and if the company is fully for the laste technology used .we manufacturing in led lights for industrial purpose and commercial usages unless we have more industrial clients.I get to travel abroad especially to the US and Malaysia .

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow .The work pressure is very high.sometimes , I have to work 10 - 12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
