...reat. Moreover the company has a troubling pattern of firing employees at will . They demand rent less work without breaks or appreciation , offer low pay, and engage in personal attack. Job security? Non existent. Save yourself and stay away

We learnt good use of Photoshop.

Salary growth was not up to the mark . Employee don't even get any appraisal or any awards after giving their best performance throughout the year. Weather company gives 2 leave per month but an employee hardly get the leave.

Honestly there’s very little to like. The only thing I’d say is good is that the salary comes in time.

Dislikes

There’s so much to write here, less pay, terrible work hours, no respect of work shift or people, disrespectful behavior from Team Leaders, they expect 16hrs of work efficiency out of people with a pay of barely 17k a month. It’s pathetic. I worked for a few months but I’m glad I gave my resignation as did a few of my other colleagues. If you want to grow in a company, this is not it.

It's difficult to find anything likeable for such organization.

Dislikes

No concept of Work-life balance. Mismanagement of work allocation. Delay in salary credit. Makes one to consider suicidal thoughts. Racism on peak. Gender discrimination. No concept of employees growth. Makes one to work round the clock on each day. No opportunity of growth. Highly toxic work environment. Promotion is given on the favouritism, talent, dedication, loyalty and work is not considered for appraisal. Performing any self skill development is highly humiliated.

...cus on learning and developing new skills which has helped me grow in my career. Salary is decent and managers are accommodating regarding leaves. The scorecards are very transparent and rewarding. The company's work culture is good, and the engineering department is one of the best divisions to work in.
