...cus on learning and developing new skills which has helped me grow in my career. Salary is decent and managers are accommodating regarding leaves. The scorecards are very transparent and rewarding. The company's work culture is good, and the engineering department is one of the best divisions to work in.

.... Scope of working (Online) with different industries/clients from different countries. Great events. Salary, Incentives; all on time. Paid OverTime for every work, If they can't pay for OT, they'll not pressurise you. (Considering current managers/Director of Engg. division). Health checkups (2023). Fair work culture policies, considering good for both Men & Women. Overall good for 0-10 years of career journey, 10+ years ONLY good if you're lucky to entered in management as being operational members having 10+ years will be stagnated.

Dislikes

Very Slow growth. Biased with client/projects allocations in team, shoe lickers gets more & more clients, more praises. Brutal politics. Biased & corrupted annual award function "Udaan". Baseless hierarchies, so much differences in package & designation to SIMILAR EXPERIENCE person. This has ruined my entire career path. Rotating shifts, drains your physical & mental health at early age, including no time for social life after 6 PM. Complete sacrifice on health (All operational members).

Dislikes

They do bad ploitics in appraisal.Whenever a employee get good appraisal but give low salary compare to other who got low appraisal.They do it like lotary.But it's suffer who are shown high performance. Work environment is not good, management always give very pressure.Work life balance is so so.Sometimes, they are not paid overtime work.

No concept of Work-life balance. Mismanagement of work allocation. Delay in salary credit. Makes one to consider suicidal thoughts. Racism on peak. Gender discrimination. No concept of employees growth. Makes one to work round the clock on each day. No opportunity of growth. Highly toxic work environment. Promotion is given on the favouritism, talent, dedication, loyalty and work is not considered for appraisal. Performing any self skill development is highly humiliated.

...reat. Moreover the company has a troubling pattern of firing employees at will . They demand rent less work without breaks or appreciation , offer low pay, and engage in personal attack. Job security? Non existent. Save yourself and stay away
