Infrastructure is good but outdated. Nav-Data Manager is a very nice person but some seniors are not so supportive.

Infrastructure in good but outdated. Politics plays a major role here. Salary is not even justified. Work life balance is very low. Work from Home is biased , only people who have good range in management get WFH. Work doesn't matter , only relation and power help you in getting WFH

Job security is 100%. Work environment and culture is excellent. Teammates are supportige and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they provide bonus for every quarter according to performance.

Salary is very less and increaments are also very low. Career growth is slow.

I would say the most unlikable part is salary/appraisals. The job demands high focus levels and high work load which means high stress levels. In return you get very less base salary and increment. Skills you get here will only be applicable to this company and few other companies. Career growth is very slow.

No concept of Work-life balance. Mismanagement of work allocation. Delay in salary credit. Makes one to consider suicidal thoughts. Racism on peak. Gender discrimination. No concept of employees growth. Makes one to work round the clock on each day. No opportunity of growth. Highly toxic work environment. Promotion is given on the favouritism, talent, dedication, loyalty and work is not considered for appraisal. Performing any self skill development is highly humiliated.

...cus on learning and developing new skills which has helped me grow in my career. Salary is decent and managers are accommodating regarding leaves. The scorecards are very transparent and rewarding. The company's work culture is good, and the engineering department is one of the best divisions to work in.
