New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

They are not supporting at all we didn't get our April,may salary yet and now june is also gone . Just want to say I am just waiting for new opportunities.

The management system is very poor, late salary, we get our salary after 2 months sometimes 3 months no job security, working environment is worse lots of politics.

Good place for freshers as they can learn on the job. One can stay put in this company if they accept the Whimsical decisions of the management.

Whimsical top management. Very Poor compensation. Salary is never paid on time. The management holds back 1 month salary. Not much growth can be expected. Full and Final settlement is a real pain as Hitaishi has a regular habit of holding on the FNF. I am contemplating moving the Labour Commissioner office for getting my FNF which is due for 10 months now. If you are a seasoned or even an intermediate marketer, better avoid this company for your own good.

This is my first company , i have learned a lot & also dedicated here , like my own house. Here huge products, what I have first developed in India, big platform for learning only , working hour is flexible, I think which was most required for R&D or creative job, thus why I am still here with so many difficulties
