...s unable to get the projects and will leave you in pressure of losing the Job. Not getting the variable pay(50% or less) and no hikes from past 2-3 years. You will end up learning trending technologies but no work to do so no use.

Very Poor People management, even they don't care about the employee and there is no inspiration / motivation to work, they will not give even 50% variable and no hike given on increment, and no proper communication channel used as like CMM level 3 company. they are saying one side work life balance and when it comes to appraiser they will ask to come out of the 8 hours window, and will ask you what you have done after 8 hours so it is very bad

Appraisal are hopeless and HR’s don’t keep up their word on salary Hike.. Good WFH option and great teams you will have and Good culture

Nepotism, Okaish career growth , have too many learning options but they don’t have current trending technologies to learn, Compared to industry lacking in opting new techniques and technologies into business. Age Old management team probably they need to retire and hire challenging young team to move more effectively.

Nothing.. depends on the manager and team . And majority of them are same. Nothing is gonna change from manager to manager

Once you are out from project…PMO team doesn’t know your platform also they can’t provide you project…worst HR department, I clearly informed HR department that my wife health is not good she is hopitalized but they didn’t consider my word and they asked to put papers and they released me in 5 days.
