There is good scope of development and learning provided by organisation but there is no work life balance at first ...so to learn any extra skill there's no time...

...f the Sap projects there will be too much work here ..with no work life balance. Here some people pretend to work for rewards and recognition like donkey for just a good bonus....For Indian holidays leaves need to be taken bcz that's not client holidays....for project holidays..we need to work bcz that day won't be Hitachi holidays..client is God for HV.
