Only one thing is good. Salary never late every time its come to 1 of every month

No personal and professional growth not provide any kind of training. Appraisal and increment provided very less total max increment is 1000 rs per annum. Manager behaviour is very rood it's like a sarkari officer.

Work life balance is virtually not present. No proper training or knowledge transfer is provided. Satisfying client is top priority with the expense of Employee satisfaction. No direct communication with office staff and HR department is a joke.

Compensation is a deceiving concept here. A salary is paper and a different less salary in hand. As mentioned in the write sample, I work beyond shift timings to go out of my way to support without appreciation. Literal brain drain and end of a work day is painful

Work profile comfortable with salary increase policy is very bad 😔 so reporting manager side salary increase no result.

...agement is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year

The only good thing about Hitachi is It's name, Everyone outside thinks that I am working with a great company but that's not the truth. I think only Hitachi Systems, India is terrible!!!

I don't have anything to like there, no salary, no career growth, no support, no motivation, no salary improvements, not even diwali special sweet. They don't care about employees.
