No growth.10% variable salary..So you won't get in hand salary. If you're manager level variable salary 15%... So they Will deduct your salary and you won't get the full variable salary.. Because variable salary you will get on your performance...so you will be in pressure always because they have your money...

Management think only for money and some managers are just there because they are not able to work in other companies they don't have knowledge.....No training for engineers only on paper training you will get..Mr Kishan Patel will give you on paper trainings no practical training at all...

Dislikes

The main reason why someone will not like a service engineer post as it is 24*7 and there are no advantages in the engineer scope. I mean if a call raise at 2am night you have to go within 1 to 2 hours. And also sometimes you will be informed 30 minutes before to go for a site even at mid night. So in that cases may be the engineer has some issues but that will not consider then ...... Some regional policy also create in sometimes

There have no Office Politics, For fresher Hitachi Hi-Rel is excellent for gathering knowledge and New Things. Training infrastructure also excellent.

Salary Stricture is poor. Medical policy also terrible, one lacks only for a family. Increment Process also poor. Normal Yearly Increment less than 2000. As Compare to other MNC Hitachi Hi-Rel employee's salary Standard always lesser. They don't have any Employee Retain policy also.

...hi-Hirel. It's name only Hitachi. Practical is it's all Hirel indian management. No change for employees welfare, salary, facilities. Nothing is good except Job security.

Don't have any work culture. Your boss acts as a god for you & company supports that. Ultimately you have to please your boss personally, not by your work and effort for company. U have to give effort to please your boss.
