Inside office culture and HR s are good. Salary is also good.

The main reason why someone will not like a service engineer post as it is 24*7 and there are no advantages in the engineer scope. I mean if a call raise at 2am night you have to go within 1 to 2 hours. And also sometimes you will be informed 30 minutes before to go for a site even at mid night. So in that cases may be the engineer has some issues but that will not consider then ...... Some regional policy also create in sometimes

There have no Office Politics, For fresher Hitachi Hi-Rel is excellent for gathering knowledge and New Things. Training infrastructure also excellent.

Dislikes

Salary Stricture is poor. Medical policy also terrible, one lacks only for a family. Increment Process also poor. Normal Yearly Increment less than 2000. As Compare to other MNC Hitachi Hi-Rel employee's salary Standard always lesser. They don't have any Employee Retain policy also.

...2012, but till date company continues book lose only. EBITA is stiil nagative. Salary Structure, Promotion, Increment, Knowledge Growth, Company Growth everything are not upto the mark as compared to other companies. It's name only Hitachi, but work culture are totally like small indian factories. No Growth at all... Don't join this company in any position

After 10 years of my experience Company not giving salary rise more than 5% at any position accept top management person.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good

The most liked thing about this company is it's job security & the safety culture. even during the corona pandemic where all the other companies in Ahmedabad worked with full strength even corona cases rised rapidly, it only HHPE that was working with mostly work from home & with almost 50% staff. Except for few managers, almost all the managers are supportive.

Dislikes

Most disliked thing about this company is it's low growth & its misleading salary structure. the package they offer during the interview & what you get after a month is very different. For the past 3 years the average raise in salary is only about 3-5%. With salary decrease throughout the entire organization for the year of 2020-21. All of this happened due to management's poor decisions and lack of technological prowess in the product. Don't get so hyped and get mislead by its MNC tag. its just a tag. by core its very well a gujarti businessman like company. there is nothing in the company which feels like an MNC (pay not even near to what other MNC are offering)
