1) Hitachi have fantastic work culture, here all are equal and respected.. 2) work life balance - 8 hours work per day, weekly 2 days leave.. 3) Manager and collegues are friendly.. 4) Project managers are from Europe and USA.. will learn good work culture from them..

Flat organization INOPC Great exposure, lot of countries supporting INOPC (Europe,Aus,USA,Canada) Good job security. Decent salary International Trip (Based on Projects and working country) Robust core company Less Hierachy 95% projects are individual contributions. Work from home ( Based on Manager and Country) Flexible timing, in and out punch. All the level employees get an individual laptop.

Dislikes

Work load is High. Don't Expect a promtion. Salary hike every year (5 to 8%)

...sly it was ABB . Now it is Hitachi Energy. I worked for engineering department . Pay is good as per market situation.

Dislikes

Management is not good. Biased with Female employee. They gave opportunity to female first . Not every department. We saw in our department. Huge work load for employees. Very micromanagement. Diversity is almost zero . Typically Chennai culture.

Everything depends upon the Team and TL. Its okay to work here. You will learn and gain knowledge. Job appraisal and promotion takes time. They are hiring freshers and upto 3 years exp candidates in Offrole with another 3rd party payroll Company. Later on will move to Hitachi payroll in future. It may taked 1-2 year. Also they provide weekly one day WFH.they provide to and fro cab services free of cost and I hope they give dinner and snacks to Night shift employees. Dont know if it is available everyday or occasionally.

Night shift allowance is not competitive with the market. Salary is above average.good i say. 99.9999 % employes are from Karnataka only. So if you are an outsider from North India who dont know Kannada, u feel lonely and alone in the office as your friends wilk be speaking official and unofficial matters in Kannada and u will understand nothing. This fails to make a good rapport with Ur colleagues and U cannot feel this as second home. U cannot enjoy the work bcoz of this only. It also depends upon ur team.If u get a team of mixed people from south and north India they have to communicate in English only. Otherwise U shd learn this language.Also WFH and Leave policy all depends upon TL character there are Team leader who give leave as per company policy And there are some who didnt even give compensatory off if required

We can balance the work and personal life. Very collaborative culture and flat organisation.

Dislikes

They don't pay well for the experienced employee. They don't even give a hike better than new employee. Mostly the CTC of new comers was higher than the already working senior employees.
