There is good scope of development and learning provided by organisation but there is no work life balance at first ...so to learn any extra skill there's no time...

...f the Sap projects there will be too much work here ..with no work life balance. Here some people pretend to work for rewards and recognition like donkey for just a good bonus....For Indian holidays leaves need to be taken bcz that's not client holidays....for project holidays..we need to work bcz that day won't be Hitachi holidays..client is God for HV. Overall company is a factory were robots work.

Salary. No benefits, financial team is of no support for any queries or help No proper hikes based on the performance

Your joining salary is high comparetively what you are getting outside market. Good learning portal available and they will give you vouchers for certifications. Depends on project WFH allowed. if not Hybrid model. Nothing else once their job done for the purpose you hired for a project, you will be kicked off.

Dislikes

1. Top Management doesnot have leadership skills 2. Sales & marketing team is not strong to churn the market and get the business 3. Top management ask mangers to do micro management. 4. Can't handle clients well. Somehow will get projects at cheaper price and screw up resources crazily. 5. Once your project is over , Thanks your job done, they ll say your skill set not matching whatever they acquired new projects and you leave. 6. QA Manager role is posted and no one joining as they are expecting , QA manager needs to do coding, team management, client management & project governance, if small thing is gone, then you are gone, you dont know how to manage team & client and will throw out of project and then later company. 7. All good and talented people are leaving and they are getting incompetent people or immediate joiners for high salaries/ with newly passed out people they will manage, hence project will be screwed up.

Its very political. Chances of being successful in a project greatly depends on the language you speak or the race you belong to. As a general rule Tel*ug* Brahm*i* are preferred over everybody else.
