Job Security is there but apart from this there seems to be no benefits working here

Office policts, Employee harrasment no work life balance. Worst top management no increment and promotions untill and unless you pit resignation.

I was worked in Hitachi cash Management service Pvt ltd as my observation and Experience over all staff is good and working Environment is also good and all Members nature is very good and supportive . Note - If any person join the Hitachi cash Management in future so you have join the MIS Department and Reconciliation Department another wise you have not join the HCMS Because the Both Department is very good and learning skills and another department is not good ......

I cant remember even a single good thing while working. Sorry if I sound rude but that's my perspective.

Never get the full salary on time plus the team leaders were terrible. I was fired from the job after I requested raise in salary. Never got an OT pay either. I'm yet to recieve my half payment but they don't pick my calls anymore.
