Company salry is average for fresher and lower level employees and for upper class employees having a good salary and promotion also they give for upper class employees but for lower class employees no promotion. Good experience in Hitachi. But I was interested in learning platform. And I was work in that company as a trainee engineer so I can't learn more in that position. Only following the target and target. I am interested in new ideas learn hence I was resign from Hitachi automotive systems. I learn a plc (Siemens,AB,Mistubishi,HMI,scada,VFD,PI etc). But I learnt how to leading a team at this company because I am a line leader in that company.
