Company salry is average for fresher and lower level employees and for upper class employees having a good salary and promotion also they give for upper class employees but for lower class employees no promotion. Learning and skill development is average and culture is very very good. Engineers give respect to lower level employees. Hr also supportive and M.D is also supportive

For freshers it's okay to start learning journey here. Apart from this, nothing good.

Compensation is biggest challenge here. Apart from that, bit improvement in culture which help female employees to feel safer can be one point to take cate of seriously.

It's a multinational company and I have work for a excellent carrier and good experience. Company rules and regulations are very committed. Team work has to be very power full and company having good laws.

Most of all. I got a good career and also got team leader award from my company .most of the discipline company. Compny having a good environment. Employee, manager all are very supportive and helpful person. Thank you

Good experience in Hitachi. But I was interested in learning platform. And I was work in that company as a trainee engineer so I can't learn more in that position. Only following the target and target. I am interested in new ideas learn hence I was resign from Hitachi automotive systems. I learn a plc (Siemens,AB,Mistubishi,HMI,scada,VFD,PI etc). But I learnt how to leading a team at this company because I am a line leader in that company.
